Types of session

As a therapist, I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.

Face-to-face sessions allow for direct interaction and a more tangible connection. We can meet in my office or a location that feels comfortable for you.

Online therapy provides flexibility and convenience through video conferencing, phone calls, or secure messaging. This can be beneficial for individuals with busy schedules, limited mobility, or those living in remote areas.

Regardless of the format, both approaches prioritize a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment, whether we meet in person or connect virtually.

Consultations and booking

It is always best for us to have a quick consultation, so I can get an understanding of what you are trying to aim for and how I can look to help you. These are very informal and completely free.

A consultation usually lasts around 20 minutes.

If you would like to proceed with sessions then we will look at getting you booked in with my booking engine.

I have access to a few different therapy rooms in Willerby and Hull, depending on your location we will discuss the best location for you when you book.
