Is this the right support for me?

Counselling is for anyone who feels they are carrying a weight that is becoming too heavy to manage alone. You don’t need to be in a “crisis” to seek support—sometimes, you just need a dedicated hour that is solely yours, away from the roles of partner, parent, or colleague.
